Position Overview:

The Talent Development team is seeking a Talent Development Strategist to help us grow Tinuiti's talent. Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Development, this role will develop, deliver, and evaluate talent development initiatives, focusing on the Tinuiti Way and digital marketing excellence programs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Learning Program Design & Delivery: Own the creation and execution of learning programs, including certifications and live trainings, aligned with business needs and employee growth.
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leaders, learning designers, and experts to identify needs and develop effective learning solutions.
  3. Performance Measurement & Reporting: Define metrics and report on program success, employee progress, and continuous improvement.
  4. Strategic Alignment: Ensure programs support company objectives and priorities.
  5. Innovation & Technology: Focus on continuous improvement in learning and development initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

  1. Digital Marketing Expertise: 5+ years in digital marketing, with understanding of Tinuiti’s solutions and tools like the Bliss Point App.
  2. Client-Centric: Build trusted relationships through effective communication.
  3. Product & Data-Driven: Use technology and data insights to innovate and improve workflows.
  4. Project Leadership: Lead large projects, influence stakeholders, and drive initiatives supporting business goals.
  5. Owner Mindset: Eager to learn, innovate, and proactively advance projects, including training facilitation.

This role suits a strategic, action-oriented thinker passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning within Tinuiti.

The annual base salary range is $90,000 - $110,000 plus up to 8% performance bonus. Compensation is determined based on experience, education, and market data. Additional benefits and equity details are available upon request. Sales roles may include incentive pay up to or over 100% of the base salary, with no cap. We comply with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.
