The Talent Development team has an exciting opening for a Talent Development Strategist to help us grow Tinuiti's talent. Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Development, this role will develop, deliver, and evaluate Talent Development initiatives, focusing on the Tinuiti Way and digital marketing excellence programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Learning Program Design & Delivery: Own the design and delivery of learning programs, including certification and live training, aligned with business needs and employee growth. Lead onboarding programs for agency and client teams.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, learning designers, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Performance Measurement & Reporting: Establish metrics and reporting systems to evaluate program effectiveness and track employee progress for continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure learning initiatives support company objectives and priorities.
  • Innovation & Technology: Focus on continuous improvement of learning and development programs.

Skills & Experience:

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: 5+ years in digital marketing with a strong understanding of Tinuiti’s solutions, Bliss Point App, and workflows.
  • Client-Centric: Build trusted relationships through thoughtful communication.
  • Product and Data Led: Use technology and data analysis to drive innovation and efficiency, providing actionable insights.
  • Project Leadership: Guide large projects, influence stakeholders, and support business objectives with accountability.
  • Owner Mindset: Eager to learn and teach new skills in learning and organizational development, including facilitation. Proactively drive innovation and project progress.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning within Tinuiti.

The annual base salary range is $90,000 - $110,000, plus a performance bonus of up to 10%. Compensation is determined based on experience, education, skills, and market data. Incentive pay for sales roles can reach or exceed 100% of base salary with no cap. We comply with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
