The Talent Development team has an exciting opening for a Talent Development Strategist to help us grow Tinuiti's talent. Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Development, this role will develop, deliver, and evaluate Talent Development initiatives, focusing on the Tinuiti Way and digital marketing excellence programs.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning within Tinuiti.
The annual base salary range is $90,000 - $110,000, plus a performance bonus of up to 10%. Compensation is determined based on experience, education, skills, and market data. Incentive pay for sales roles can reach or exceed 100% of base salary with no cap. We comply with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
