Job summary

Dechert LLP in New York is seeking a Talent Development Specialist (Training) to design, develop, implement, and deliver training programs that develop lawyers and BSPs across the firm.

Within the Global Talent Development team, you will manage curriculum curation, program logistics, and the DLCC LMS, coordinating with internal stakeholders.

You will lead the Fall Orientation project, support onboarding, and contribute to broader talent projects with a focus on assessment and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• At least two years of experience in a Talent Development role.
• Experience in a mid-size to large law firm preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and deliver training programs to drive growth and retention of lawyers and BSPs.
• Curate and update curricula including e-learning and blended learning content.
• Manage program logistics and coordinate with stakeholders across the firm.
• Administer the DLCC LMS and generate reports to track training outcomes.
• Lead the Fall Orientation project end-to-end including content, venues, and communications.
• Support onboarding of lateral lawyers and BSPs and contribute to broader Talent Development initiatives.
