Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or better in Business or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field of study

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire orientation and mandatory education.
• Send onboarding and 6 week post-hire surveys to new hires.
• Review orientation content and materials annually.
• Create and support learning activities for employees to support development.
• Oversee day-to-day coordination of courses, presenters, and rooms.
• Evaluate program effectiveness based on feedback and evaluations.
