MAP SSG in New York is seeking a Talent Development Manager to join the Alternative Investments practice. This role reports to the Director of Attorney Talent Development and supports the Legal Personnel Department. The position is hybrid, with three in-office days required.
JD is required. The role involves partnering with partners and staffing to design and deliver a multi-tiered training program, oversee associate evaluations, and advise on career development.
This position will support our Alternative Investments practice group. The Talent Development Manager will be a member of the Legal Personnel Department and report to the Director of Attorney Talent Development. This position is located in the New York office and is hybrid (3 days in office is required). The Talent Development Manager should be comfortable interacting with employees at all levels under pressure while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, efficient, and should display a high level of professionalism.
