Qualifications

• Experience administering LMS in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer leadership development programs, including communications, scheduling, assessments, enrollment tracking, and program evaluation.
• Maintain training project plans and calendars; ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Prepare materials, learner resources, evaluations, and attendance records; partner with stakeholders and vendors.
