Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of progressive experience in talent development, organizational learning, or a related HR discipline.

• Serve as a visible advocate for FirstPower Culture across the organization.
• Partner with the Talent Center of Excellence to advance enterprise talent strategies.
• Exercise sound judgment in making job-related decisions, balancing enterprise standards with business needs.

Role Summary: We’re seeking an Instructor/Facilitator/Instructional Designer who specializes in helping new credit analysts and portfolio managers to build skills and knowledge. You’ll design and support impactful learning experiences to support the line of business.

The Talent Development Consultant partners with line of business leaders to design and deliver impactful learning solutions that drive performance, support organizational culture, and enable business outcomes. This role functions as an internal consultant, ensuring alignment between learning strategies and enterprise goals while maintaining a focus on measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
