What You’ll Do

• Source amazing caregivers from job boards, social media, and referrals
• Chat with candidates, screen them, and excite them about joining us
• Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier home health professionals
• Host virtual and in-person job fairs
• Present at health fairs and in the community

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of sourcing or recruiting experience
• Telephone sales and/or call center experience considered
• Excellent computer skills; ATS tools and healthcare recruiting experience a plus
• Outstanding organizational skills
• A friendly, proactive attitude, with strong communication and public speaking skills
