Based in New York or Los Angeles, this Guild position requires strong research, diplomacy, and coordination skills, with experience in booking a plus. The salary range is $77,000 to $85,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating high-profile interviews across multiple platforms.
• Strong research and diplomatic communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain a robust roster of interview targets and guests.
• Comfort coordinating with editors, producers, and legal teams as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for editors and newsroom leaders seeking interview subjects.
• Negotiate contracts and releases with the legal team where appropriate.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual and on-site appearances with editors, producers, and building management.
• Build a rolodex of existing and potential contacts for interviews and appearances.
• Create and maintain tracking systems for upcoming interviews for cross-team awareness.
• Assist with pre- or post-production logistics as needed.
