Job summary

Interstates is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Strategist to lead talent attraction efforts across industrial sectors. You’ll partner with Recruiting, HR, and business leaders to shape strategies that strengthen our employer brand and hire the right talent.

You’ll analyze labor markets, apply audience insights, and collaborate with Marketing to bring campaigns to life, measure impact, and continuously improve how we attract top candidates while aligning with broader business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related field, or equivalent.
• Eight+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, marketing strategy, talent attraction, communications, or related discipline.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn marketing, recruiting CRM analytics and project management platforms.
• Experience developing marketing strategies informed by research, audience insights, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build annual recruitment marketing plans that translate hiring priorities into tangible campaigns.
• Identify target audiences, labor market opportunities, and employer brand priorities to attract talent.
• Develop integrated recruitment marketing strategies including objectives, messaging, channels, content, and measures.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, design, content, PM and other teams to execute initiatives.
• Measure campaign performance and refine strategies as hiring priorities evolve.
• Present insights and performance updates to Marketing, Recruiting, and business leaders.
