About the role:

As the Assistant to a Senior Talent Manager, you'll provide essential support to the leadership org, aiding in the smooth execution of their daily tasks and operations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and balance both company and talent objectives. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creators and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the senior manager’s day-to-day and help keep things running smoothly by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, organizing files, tracking deals, and assisting with campaign admin and deal execution
  • Liaise with our internal Business Affairs and Finance departments to track brand deal terms, talent payments, invoices, campaign expenses and content deadlines
  • Maintain talent calendars and deadlines across multiple opportunities at once
  • Lead talent communications for PR opportunities, gifting and event invites
  • Prepare meeting notes, organize recaps, and assist with project timelines and deliverables
  • Maintain and oversee updates to talent information within our internal database
  • Coordinate communication and follow-ups between talent, managers, and brand partners
Here’s what we’re looking for:
  • Minimum 1 year of agency, PR firm, or management company experience preferred
  • Possess an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the influencer and entertainment industry, including streaming and social media platforms
  • Must be capable of handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent organization and administration skills
  • Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities and communication channels (email, Slack, client chats)
  • Ability to communicate at all levels – both in written and verbal form
  • Must be proactive, forward-thinking, and able to take initiative
  • Proficient in Google Suite, including creating spreadsheets, building captivating presentations, and more.
  • Possesses a positive, can-do mindset, brimming with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge and/or passion for content creators

The salary for this role is $55,000 and serves as a general guideline reflecting the potential compensation for the role. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, and ultimately budget approvals.
