Job description

Job Description

The Talent Analyst, HR Technology (HRIT) plays a critical role in enabling Rheem’s global Talent and Recruiting technology platforms, with a primary focus on Oracle Fusion HCM — specifically Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent Management, Performance Management, and employee development solutions. This role partners closely with HR leadership, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business stakeholders to drive digital transformation of talent processes, optimize platform capabilities, and enhance the end-to-end employee experience across Rheem’s global industrial manufacturing operations. This position will serve Rheem North America, located in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid). This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end functional strategy and roadmap for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Oracle Talent Management modules, ensuring alignment with Rheem’s global HR transformation goals and workforce planning priorities across North America, LATAM, and APAC regions.
  • Lead ORC optimization initiatives by analyzing current recruiting workflows, identifying process bottlenecks, and implementing configuration enhancements that improve time-to-fill, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction across corporate and manufacturing plant locations.
  • Drive business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional solution design for Talent and Recruiting projects — translating complex HR business needs into detailed functional specifications, process flows, and configuration documents for Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Manage talent process governance by establishing and enforcing standardized processes for performance reviews, goal management, succession planning, and career development across all Rheem business units and global manufacturing sites.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and Organizational Development teams to align technology solutions with evolving workforce strategies, including skills-based hiring, internal mobility, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Lead quarterly Oracle Cloud release readiness activities including impact analysis, regression testing, feature evaluation, and stakeholder communication — ensuring zero-disruption adoption of new capabilities while maximizing value from Oracle’s continuous innovation roadmap.
  • Design and execute comprehensive functional testing strategies (SIT, UAT, end-to-end) for all Talent and Recruiting enhancements, integrations, and quarterly updates — coordinating with technical teams, HR SMEs, and end users to validate business scenarios.
  • Drive user adoption and training readiness by developing role‑based training materials, conducting hands‑on workshops, and partnering with Change Management to ensure successful rollout of new features and process changes across corporate offices and 15+ manufacturing plants.
  • Collaborate with IT, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) teams, and third‑party vendors to ensure seamless data integration between Talent/Recruiting modules and downstream systems including Core HR, Payroll, Learning (LMS), and external job boards.
  • Analyze workforce and recruiting data using Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, and other analytics tools to generate actionable insights, executive dashboards, and KPI‑driven reports that inform talent strategy decisions and measure platform ROI.
  • Support global talent transformation programs by evaluating and implementing emerging capabilities such as AI‑driven candidate matching, automated interview scheduling, skills ontology frameworks, and predictive workforce analytics.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and emerging HR technologies (e.g., AI/ML in talent acquisition, skills‑based talent models, digital employee experience platforms) to continuously inform Rheem’s HR technology roadmap and maintain competitive advantage in the industrial manufacturing talent market.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field.
  • 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or HR Technology Analyst with deep expertise in HCM systems, preferably Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
  • Hands‑on functional experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) including job requisition configuration, candidate management, offer management, and onboarding workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience with Oracle Talent Management modules including Performance Management, Goal Management, Succession Planning, Career Development, and Talent Review.
  • Strong expertise in business process analysis, requirements documentation, gap‑fit analysis, and functional configuration within Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
  • Experience supporting global HR organizations in an industrial or manufacturing environment, with understanding of plant‑based workforce dynamics, hourly/salaried hiring processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record of driving user adoption, change management, and training programs across diverse user populations including corporate, field, and manufacturing audiences.
  • Experience with quarterly SaaS release management, feature evaluation, regression testing, and stakeholder impact communication.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, cross‑functional collaboration, and communication skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
How To Stand Out
  • Experience with additional Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management).
  • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, HDL/HCM Data Loader, and BIP report development.
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms such as OTBI, BI Publisher, Databricks, or Power BI for HR analytics.
  • Experience enabling AI‑driven HR capabilities including candidate matching algorithms, resume parsing, skills inference engines, and chatbot‑assisted recruiting.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification (Recruiting Cloud or Talent Management preferred).
  • Experience implementing or supporting multi‑country HR technology rollouts across diverse manufacturing operations.
