Job summary

Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System is seeking a Human Resources professional to support recruitment, screening, and onboarding across departments. You will partner with leaders to align job requirements with market data, ensuring compliance with EEO/ADA and managing candidate communications and offers.

Responsibilities include organizing job fairs, analyzing data on salaries, and coordinating interview logistics.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of human resources or related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Industry-recognized professional certifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Collects and analyzes data to understand fair and competitive market salaries and candidate availability.
  • Consults data and records to identify and select potential candidates for vacant positions.
  • Screens candidates, selects qualified candidates for interviewing, connects with hiring managers.
  • Checks references and credentials, verifies experience and backgrounds.
  • Counsels candidates on the interview and hiring process.
  • Organizes and attends job fairs, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Follows up with hiring managers to determine placement feasibility and feedback.
  • Arranges meeting locations, travel, and accommodations for applicants and managers.
  • Maintains compliance with EEO and related laws and regulations.
  • Prepares and extends job offers; Notifies applicants of rejection.
  • Acts in accordance with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Abide by PHI privacy and security regulations.
  • Maintain effective communication with patients/clients and stakeholders.

  • Consults with leaders in the organization to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s).

  • Collects and analyzes data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular fields.

  • Screens candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase, and then connects viable candidates with hiring managers.

  • Checks candidates references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds.

  • Counsels candidates on the interview and hiring process.

  • Organizes and attends job fairs, events, and other networking opportunities.

  • Follows up with hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.

  • Arranges meeting locations, travel, and/or accommodations for applicants and company managers when necessary.

  • Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations.

  • Prepares and extends job offers.

  • Notifies applicants of rejection.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience


  • At least two years of human resources or related experience.
