Title: Talent Advisor
Durarion: 6 Months
Remote

Own full lifecycle recruiting for US-based FTE roles across Commercial, Corporate Groups, and Technical Operations (Supply Chain & Global Manufacturing) — your focus will shift based on hiring priorities.

Manage ~20 requisitions at a time, delivering a high-quality candidate experience while keeping pace with evolving business needs.

Partner with hiring managers, including senior leaders, to provide strategic guidance and strategic insights to support hiring decisions.

Leverage sourcing expertise for hard-to-fill roles as needed.

Use Jobvite (our ATS) to track requisitions, manage workflows, and generate insights.

Work autonomously, but collaboratively, as a key member of the US Talent Acquisition team to ensure consistency in hiring practices and positive candidate experiences.

Technical Skills:
  • 10–15 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in biotech or life sciences.
  • Experienced in managing multiple high-priority requisitions across functions.
  • Familiarity with Jobvite or other ATS platforms preferred.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Teams, Office 365, MS Outlook/Office.
  • Strong sourcing skills for hard to fill or specialized roles.
  • Knowledge of US employment laws and recruitment best practices.
