A dynamic recruiting firm is seeking a Talent Advisor for a 6-month remote assignment in California. You will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting across various departments, managing multiple requisitions while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in recruiting, preferably in biotech or life sciences, and strong skills in sourcing and communication.

Own full lifecycle recruiting for US-based FTE roles across Commercial, Corporate Groups, and Technical Operations (Supply Chain & Global Manufacturing) — your focus will shift based on hiring priorities.
Manage ~20 requisitions at a time, delivering a high-quality candidate experience while keeping pace with evolving business needs.
Partner with hiring managers, including senior leaders, to provide strategic guidance and strategic insights to support hiring decisions.
Leverage sourcing expertise for hard-to-fill roles as needed.
Use Jobvite (our ATS) to track requisitions, manage workflows, and generate insights.
Work autonomously, but collaboratively, as a key member of the US Talent Acquisition team to ensure consistency in hiring practices and positive candidate experiences.
This is a 6–12 month temporary assignment, ideal for a recruiter looking to apply deep expertise and take ownership of multiple hiring priorities.
Bachelors degree is preferred.
