Overview

Talent Advisor — 6 Month Assignment • Remote

Own full lifecycle recruiting for US-based FTE roles across Commercial, Corporate Groups, and Technical Operations (Supply Chain & Global Manufacturing); focus will shift based on hiring priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage approximately 20 requisitions at a time, delivering a high-quality candidate experience while aligning with evolving business needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers, including senior leaders, to provide strategic guidance and insights to support hiring decisions.
  • Leverage sourcing expertise for hard-to-fill roles as needed.
  • Use Jobvite (ATS) to track requisitions, manage workflows, and generate insights.
  • Work autonomously while collaborating as a key member of the US Talent Acquisition team to ensure consistency in hiring practices and positive candidate experiences.
Technical Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in biotech or life sciences.
  • Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions across functions.
  • Familiarity with Jobvite or other ATS platforms preferred.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Teams, Office 365, MS Outlook/Office.
  • Strong sourcing skills for hard-to-fill or specialized roles.
  • Knowledge of US employment laws and recruitment best practices.
