Overview
Talent Advisor — 6 Month Assignment • Remote
Own full lifecycle recruiting for US-based FTE roles across Commercial, Corporate Groups, and Technical Operations (Supply Chain & Global Manufacturing); focus will shift based on hiring priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage approximately 20 requisitions at a time, delivering a high-quality candidate experience while aligning with evolving business needs.
- Partner with hiring managers, including senior leaders, to provide strategic guidance and insights to support hiring decisions.
- Leverage sourcing expertise for hard-to-fill roles as needed.
- Use Jobvite (ATS) to track requisitions, manage workflows, and generate insights.
- Work autonomously while collaborating as a key member of the US Talent Acquisition team to ensure consistency in hiring practices and positive candidate experiences.
Technical Qualifications
- 10-15 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in biotech or life sciences.
- Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions across functions.
- Familiarity with Jobvite or other ATS platforms preferred.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Teams, Office 365, MS Outlook/Office.
- Strong sourcing skills for hard-to-fill or specialized roles.
- Knowledge of US employment laws and recruitment best practices.

Education
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
