Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle talent acquisition and onboarding for staff across Foundation and Cantigny Park.
• Develop and deliver staff training and professional development programs.
• Partner with leaders to maintain job descriptions and organizational charts.
• Support benefits, payroll, and HR policy interpretation and compliance.
