Responsibilities

• Perform daily monitoring of all server resources and review system and application logs
• Verify completion of scheduled backup jobs and the integrity of all server hardware
• Manage user accounts process, including additions, changes, and inactivation
• Apply operating system patches and upgrades on a regular basis
• Assist with helpdesk calls and tickets, providing resolutions to technical issues as needed

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Systems Administration experience in a corporate environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technology background, including Microsoft Server Technologies: DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Printing, Exchange, and Backups
• Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or equivalent certification preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional server technologies or tools
• Familiarity with disaster recovery and backup solutions
• Knowledge of network security practices
• Previous experience in a healthcare-related IT setting
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
