Job summary

Trulieve, a leader in cannabis products, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to drive full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and related functions. You will partner with leaders, manage recruiters, and oversee candidate processes from screens through offers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in recruiting, with a focus on stakeholder relationships, compliance, and data-driven hiring. Hybrid work in Tallahassee is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiters of specific functions in the business (retail and production).
• Support recruiting team with business leader relationships, staffing needs, etc.
• Schedule phone screens and interviews with candidates.
• Communicate with candidates via email and phone.
• Facilitate reference checks, background checks, and offer negotiation.
• Maintain candidate data and outreach in our applicant tracking system.
• Work closely with hiring managers on headcount planning and process.
• Track recruiting data to report and identify areas for improvement.

Talent Acquisition Supervisor - Manufacturing

Reports to: Director of Talent Acquisition

Department: Talent Acquisition

Location: Hybrid

Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will be responsible for the identification of talent needed to support and grow Trulieve's human capital, while supporting Trulieve's mission and values daily. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is the Company’s main point of contact for recruiting and serves as the primary reference to support the recruiting team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruiters of specific functions in the business (retail and production)
• Support recruiting team with business leader relationships, staffing needs, etc.
• Schedule phone screens and interviews with candidates
• Communicate with candidates via email and phone
• Facilitate reference checks, background checks, and offer negotiation
• Maintain candidate data and outreach in our application tracking system
• Work closely with hiring managers on headcount planning and process
• Track recruiting data to report and identify areas for improvement
• Reconcile invoices, receipts, etc. for fingerprinting and all other onboarding needs
• Represent Trulieve, Inc. at recruiting events and establish Trulieve, Inc. as a top employer of choice
• Assist on other recruiting efforts and projects as necessary
• Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred
• 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter

Additional Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background screening

Salary will be commensurate with experience. This role averages 45-50 working hours per week depending on business needs. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available "after hours" if an emergency situation should arise.
