Job Title: Production Plant Manager
Reports to:Director of State Operations
POSITION SUMMARY
The Production Plant Manager is a mission critical role that requires a proactive, hands-on approach to assist in shaping the culture of Trulieve. He/she will be responsible for all processing staff, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updated, industry news, and product information. The Plant Manager is responsible for managing all departments of our processing operations including but not limited to the extraction, analytical lab, batching, production, shipping, quality, and receiving areas.
Oversees and manages personnel to perform all the tasks necessary to process extraction and production of various formulated products. The Plant Manager helps to oversee and maintain quality control measures to ensure high quality product and carries out day-to-day tasks including monitoring all departments listed above and their daily activities.
