Location: 100% Remote (Preferred candidates based in CST or EST time zones)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $50-55.50/hour (W2)

Position Overview
The Senior Employment Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, supporting high-volume hiring across engineering and maintenance functions. This role requires a proactive, organized, and highly communicative recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake to offer acceptance.
- Handle high-volume requisitions (40+ active job openings) with efficiency and accuracy.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Recruit for engineering and maintenance-related positions such as Building Engineers, HVAC Technicians, and related skilled trades.
- Source and screen candidates using a variety of tools and techniques (e.g., job boards, referrals, networking, LinkedIn).
- Facilitate a smooth interview and selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate multiple project-based hiring requests simultaneously.
- Provide timely updates and talent insights to hiring teams and stakeholders.

- Proven experience recruiting for Engineering and Maintenance roles (e.g., Building Engineers, HVAC Technicians, Maintenance Supervisors).
- Strong background in full lifecycle recruitment with high-volume experience (40+ requisitions).
- Skilled at managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting tight deadlines.
Good Candidate:
- Demonstrated experience with full-cycle, high-volume recruiting.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions across different business units or projects.
