Job summary

La-Z-Boy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Retail in Monroe, MI. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, partnering with store and corporate leaders to meet talent needs.

Responsibilities include building pipelines, conducting behavioral interviews, and delivering a standout candidate experience. Preferred candidates bring 2–4 years of TA experience, strong communication, and a drive to grow talent partnerships.
