Job description

In this role, you’ll actively seek out, recruit, and interview potential candidates to find the best, most aligned and qualified members for our school-based special education healthcare and instructional teams. You understand that the right people are out there for the roles you’re filling - you just have to know where to look. You are committed to deepening our impact and building connection. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential candidates, the face of the company in your hiring conversations, and a critical voice in the process.
Successful candidates will be highly motivated to actively locate the best candidates for a range of roles. They will utilize innovative recruitment practices to source talent. They are eager to talk to strangers, can suss out values alignment in their first conversation with a candidate, and are fiercely committed to the company’s mission.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition. Healthcare or education background preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to travel to Texas, Tennessee, Ohio and Florida.
  • Some evening availability is required.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing, interviewing and pipeline management.
  • Experience with tools like Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, and ZipRecruiter.
  • Experience with marketing via Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Creative mindset and systems-thinking approach.
Responsibilities
  • Use innovative strategies to actively source quality applicants for a range of roles.
  • Communicate and ensure alignment between candidates and the company mission and values.
  • Execute a social media marketing strategy to draw applicants across Indeed, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews. Score applicants on a rubric aligned to the company's core values and skillset required for the role.
  • Ensure candidates have the highest quality experience.
  • Respond efficiently and rapidly to changing needs on the team.
  • Support the Director of Talent in developing the talent strategic plan. Execute on the plan once designed.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure we are fully staffed with mission aligned and skilled personnel.
  • Other roles as assigned.
