Your Role

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll own the hiring funnel. You’ll source, screen, and move candidates from application to interview, making sure our team always has strong players ready when needed.

This is a part-time role (15–25 hours per week) with flexibility in your schedule, but we expect consistent daily activity.

What You'll Do

  • Write and post job descriptions on Indeed, LinkedIn, and niche platforms
  • Proactively source candidates through outreach and networking
  • Run initial screening calls and score candidates against clear criteria
  • Keep candidates warm with follow-ups and clear communication
  • Schedule interviews with team leads and coordinate the process
  • Report weekly on pipeline activity (candidates sourced, screened, interviews set, hires made)
  • Build a bench of talent for future roles
  • Support employer brand by making reFOCUS a place people want to work

Compensation

  • Hourly: $25–$35/hr (depending on experience)
  • Bonus: $250-$500 for each successful hire that stays past 90 days
  • Extra incentives available for consistently keeping a strong talent bench
