Our mission is simple: help beauty and wellness businesses grow by giving them the technology they need to attract clients, manage their operations and run their business in one place.

We’re continuing to scale rapidly across markets, teams and products, making this an exciting time to join us.

Role Overview
Talent Specialist | New York, NY | Office-based, 5 days/week | $60,000 base

As a Talent Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping Fresha attract, engage and hire exceptional talent across the business, mainly focusing on our North America and Latin America regions. Working closely with our Lead Talent Partner, Senior Talent Partner, and hiring managers, you’ll support and deliver a seamless, high-quality hiring experience from start to finish.

From sourcing and engaging great candidates to running interview processes and closing hires, you’ll help build the teams that are driving Fresha’s continued global growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll be hands-on, proactive and trusted with meaningful ownership from day one.

What You'll Do
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to support recruitment processes from initial briefing through to offer and close.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Source and engage high-quality candidates across technical and non-technical roles globally, building strong and diverse talent pipelines.
  • Candidate Engagement: Craft personalized outreach that attracts and converts passive talent, ensuring candidates have a compelling experience throughout the process.
  • Screening & Assessment: Review applications, conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability against role requirements.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, stakeholders and hiring processes, keeping everything organized and moving at pace.
  • ATS & Recruitment Operations: Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data within our ATS and support the wider scheduling and recruitment operation.
  • Talent Initiatives: Contribute to broader Talent projects, including employer branding, candidate experience, hiring events and process improvements.
What We're Looking For
  • Recruitment Experience: 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, either agency or in-house, ideally within a fast-paced environment and managing multiple open requisitions at a given time.
  • Strong Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to identify, engage and build pipelines of high-quality candidates across different functions.
  • Candidate Management: Experience managing candidates through recruitment processes and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Organization & Coordination: Strong organizational skills, with experience coordinating interviews and managing complex scheduling across global teams.
  • ATS Experience: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and confidence maintaining accurate recruitment data.
  • International Exposure: Comfortable working with candidates and stakeholders across different markets and time zones.
Your Opportunity at Fresha
  • Earn What You Deliver: A market-leading incentive scheme with bonuses paid per hire. High performance is rewarded and earning potential is uncapped.
  • Own Your Impact: Take real ownership from day one, running your own hiring processes and directly contributing to how we scale.
  • Grow Fast: Clear and intentional career progression, with opportunities to step into more senior Talent roles as Fresha grows.
  • Think Globally: Gain exposure to hiring across multiple markets, functions and levels, building a broad recruitment skillset.
  • Travel & Connect: Opportunities for international travel and time with teams across our global offices.
  • Work in a Space You’ll Love: A beautiful New York City office (based in the Financial District) overlooking the Manhattan skyline from our 34th floor, designed for collaboration, energy and working together in person.
  • High Performance Culture: We move quickly, raise the bar and recognize people who deliver.
