TrueNorth Companies is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role leads full-cycle recruiting across the organization, acting as a brand ambassador for the One TrueNorth culture and partnering with hiring leaders, Marketing, and Human Systems to attract and hire top talent.

Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, proficiency with ATS/HRIS and LinkedIn Recruiter, and a two-year HR-related

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Two-year degree in HR or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as brand ambassador for One TrueNorth, promoting culture and benefits to candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for W2 roles using HRIS/ATS (ADP).
• Guide hiring leaders through requisition requests, job descriptions, and hiring workflow.
• Conduct screenings and interviews, coordinate in-person or virtual interviews.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
• Partner with Marketing on advertising and employer branding initiatives.
