Qualifications

• Minimum seven years in HR with talent acquisition focus.
• Experience supervising HR teams and coordinating work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle, including sourcing, assessment, interviewing, and selection activities.
• Manage recruitment operations, including vacancy announcements, candidate evaluations, interview processes, and reporting.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, exceptions, and governance for staff and non-staff recruitment.
• Monitor recruitment and workforce analytics, HR systems management, and process improvements.
