Job summary

CAE Defense & Security USA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team and support recruitment across defense and security programs. The role focuses on candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating the interview process with hiring managers to meet current and future staffing needs.

Ideal candidates will have DoD contracting recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills, and familiarity with Workday or similar ATS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for US Defense contracts and/or proposals.
• Experience recruiting for Engineering, Aerospace, Aviation, Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or Space & Missile Defense roles.
• Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through networking and direct sourcing.
• Oversee an efficient and professional interview process.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future needs.
• Recommend and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Ensure compliance with DoD and US federal requirements throughout the process.
