About The Job

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-growing startup. As we grow, the role of our People and HR department becomes increasingly crucial. We are looking for an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to bring organization, efficiency, and support to our Director of People and HR. This role involves more than managing schedules; it is about being the cornerstone of effective human resource management. You will help foster a nurturing, productive work environment, impacting our team’s well-being and our company culture.

Location: Dallas, TX 75252 (On-Site)

Pay: $50,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for HR inquiries, directing them or addressing them directly.
  • Manage HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and preparing materials.
  • Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Conduct interviews and assist in candidate selection.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company culture and policies.
  • Manage internal HR communications for clarity and timeliness.
  • Proactively manage the director’s schedule to optimize time and resources.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for HR initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to improve communication.
  • Implement systems to enhance departmental efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate knowledge of HR operations, employment law, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Experience in recruiting, including conducting interviews and onboarding.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HR software and office tools.
