What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the recruiting process for caregivers from job posting to accepted offer, including screening resumes and conducting 6-10 phone interviews daily
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) workflow
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to understand recruitment needs
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support high-volume recruiting efforts and coverage
- Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes for enhanced efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting
- Proven ability to hire 40+ employees per month
- Ability to provide examples of exceeding performance goals and metrics
- Three professional references, including a supervisor and colleague
- Associate degree or higher; must be at least 18 years of age
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare recruiting is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
