Merakey, a national non-profit provider, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume hourly hiring with an expedited process. You will leverage ATS tools and assessments to identify top talent, while delivering outstanding candidate care with urgency.

The role is fully remote, with responsibilities spanning sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to Hiring Managers, aiming to move a large funnel efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, high-volume recruiting preferred.
• Strong communication and candidate care skills.
• Travel required up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in high-volume hiring by sourcing, pre-screening via automation, and presenting qualified candidates to Hiring Managers for on-site interviews.
• Manage large funnels of applicants and ensure ATS data integrity.
• Proactively source candidates from ATS, job boards, referrals, agencies, LinkedIn, and other outlets.
• Manage recruitment assignments against enterprise recruiting performance goals.
• Provide excellent candidate experience from start to finish.
• Identify and implement hiring-process improvements to reduce delays and bottlenecks.
• Test new approaches to move high-volume hiring quickly.

Job description

Merakey is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its high-volume hiring workflow by hiring hourly positions in an expedited manner. This position will have strong knowledge and expertise in the successful candidates background needed to fit the position. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will leverage ATS tools and assessments to narrow down the "top of the funnel" to quickly identify top talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be successful by having outstanding candidate care and working with a strong sense of urgency.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in the high-volume hiring process by sourcing, pre-screening via automation, and presenting qualified candidates to Hiring Managers for on-site interviews
• Manage and work through large funnels of high-volume applicants and ensure data integrity in the ATS
• Proactive sourcing building active pipelines of candidates for open positions by sourcing from a variety of tools. including our ATS, job boards, referrals, agencies, LinkedIn, and various other outlets.
• Manage personal recruitment assignments against enterprise recruiting performance goals
• Providing an excellent candidate experience from start to finish through the hiring process.
• Identify and implement efficiency in the hiring process, courage to reach out directly to operations to work through delays and bottlenecks in the hiring process
• Test and try new ways of working to ensure high-volume hiring moves in an expedited way

Skills and Abilities

• The ability to manage high candidate application flows and move qualified talent through the high-volume hiring workflow in a fast and effective manner
• Ability to manage recruiting process for multiple vacancies while ensuring data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System
• Demonstrated agility and an ability to balance multiple/competing priorities will hitting key deadlines
