Please note : This is a full-time salaried position that is virtual / remote. This position requires flexibility in schedule to travel periodically to support recruitment efforts in our markets.

Your Key Objectives

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and selection criteria for candidates.
  • Harness the power of online channels, such as Indeed, LinkedIn and professional networks, to source and identify top talent.
  • Craft enticing job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect position requirements.
  • Assess resumes, portfolios, and references to curate a shortlist of the most promising candidates.
  • Make a lasting impression at job fairs and recruitment events, building an extensive pipeline of exceptional talent.
  • Keep meticulous records of recruitment materials and share insights with key stakeholders.
  • Assisting branches across the country in person with hiring events. Will need to be available to travel periodically.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in talent acquisition or a related role.
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, utilizing various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency in leveraging social media, resume databases, and professional networks to identify top candidates.
  • Experience utilizing multiple platforms and ways to proactively source outstanding individuals.
  • A knack for documenting processes and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to satisfactorily complete background check and drug screen
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Jobvite
