Manning Personnel Group, Inc. is partnering with a biotechnology company in the Greater Boston area to hire a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist.

You will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and cross‑functional teams to deliver an exceptional hiring experience. The role focuses on recruiting technology, process improvement, and data integrity in Greenhouse, with automation of workflows and AI‑enabled tools for sourcing, scheduling, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, Recruiting Coordination, or a related function.
• Experience with Greenhouse Recruiting.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable sourcing platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Biotechnology or pharmaceutical recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled recruiting technologies.
• Experience with recruiting analytics, dashboards, and workforce reporting.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and talent management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex interview scheduling across multiple teams, time zones, and leadership levels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Coordinate interview logistics, confirmations, panel scheduling, and follow-up communications.
• Partner with recruiters to build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and talent market research.
• Maintain data integrity within Greenhouse and other recruiting systems.
• Support recruiting operations by ensuring efficient workflows and consistent hiring practices.
• Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and related recruiting technologies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Greenhouse, supporting workflow optimization, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve recruiting efficiency.
• Evaluate and leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve sourcing, scheduling, reporting, and candidate communications.
• Document recruiting processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
