Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The role manages full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers to support current and future workforce needs.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. This on-site position requires regular travel to engage with partners and candidates.
