NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full lifecycle recruitment across Salesforce and AWS spaces. You will partner with hiring managers, screen candidates, negotiate salaries, and onboard new hires.
Leverage Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting to build robust pipelines in market niches. You will collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure a positive candidate experience, maintain strong networks, and contribute to future growth.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of recruiting experience within Salesforce and/or AWS space.
- Proficient with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting.
- Proficient with Google Suite.
- Excellent communicators on the phone.
- Competitive and goal‑oriented with attention to detail.
- Passion for building relationships with recruited consultants.
- Works well independently and in a team.

- Partner with hiring managers across the organization to further understand hiring needs
- Participate in the full life‑cycle of recruiting, including: pre‑screening candidates, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, onboarding documentation etc.
- Work closely with our recruiting and operations teams to develop a pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies
- Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in your market.
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, college campuses, training institutes, job fairs etc.
- Implement recruiting ideas and strategies to contribute to the future growth of the company
- Maintain job posts and assist in the creation of standardized Job Descriptions
- Create and send out candidate offer letters with salary negotiations
- Coordinate with practice leads and the recruiting team to ensure regular follow‑up with candidates and own the candidate experience to ensure it's always positive
- Always maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
- Conduct necessary onboarding sessions with the new hires
- 4+ years of recruiting experience (must be within the Salesforce and/or Amazon (AWS) space)
- Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus
- Proficient with Google Suite (word, sheets, calendar)
- Excellent communicators must be comfortable & confident on the phone
- Competitive and goal‑oriented with appropriate attention to detail
- Passion for establishing and maintaining relationships with recruited consultants
- Works well both independently & as a team
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
