This role is part of our Procare CONNECT team, performing talent acquisition responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting or HR
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS and ATS platforms, CRM platforms, and online meetings
  • Experience in Senior Living strongly preferred
