Mercyhealth is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide essential administrative support for hiring and onboarding. You will coordinate recruitment activities, manage new hire documentation, and support HR systems to ensure smooth processes.

This Talent Acquisition Specialist role is responsible for providing essential administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, helping to ensure smooth and efficient hiring and onboarding processes. The specialist will manage a range of tasks including coordinating recruitment activities, overseeing new hire documentation, and supporting key HR systems.
40-hours per week, Monday-Friday
Business hours, 7:30am-4:30pm
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working in a Human Resource department preferred Experience with Workday a plus
Valid driver's license and MVR record
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and staff High level of computer literacy and comfortable navigating technology including the HRIS (Workday) and Microsoft Office Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot onboarding or system issues Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment Collaborative team player, able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders Strong data entry accuracy and comfort working with databases Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Effective time management with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills
