Job summary

Michels Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full cycle recruitment, sourcing and hiring qualified candidates, obtain approvals, prescreens and interviews, and coordinate reference checks. You will write offers and handle pre-employment tasks with initiative and accountability.

This onsite role is out of Lomira, WI but the focus is on strong recruitment capabilities and delivering exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or 4+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency in recruitment tasks.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment. You will source and hire qualified candidates, obtain approvals for candidates, conduct prescreens and interviews, write employment offers, coordinate reference checks and other pre-employment tasks as necessary. Critical for success are the abilities to take initiative, be self-motivated and an independent, accountable, dependable performer.

This is an onsite position, located out of our Lomira, WI office.

What it takes:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or four or more years of full cycle recruitment experience or combination of both
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and be self motivated
• Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of State and Federal employment law, EEO, Affimative Action and Diversity Policies
• A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record

This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Expected Salary Range

$62,000 — $81,000 USD
