Job summary

Michels Corporation in Renton, WA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full cycle recruitment. You will source and hire qualified candidates, obtain approvals, conduct prescreens and interviews, write offers, and coordinate reference checks.

The role requires initiative, self-motivation, independence, and accountability. This onsite position focuses on timely, effective hiring, strong communication, and collaboration with management and teams to meet project needs and safety

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or four or more years of full cycle recruitment experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and be self motivated.
  • Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of State and Federal employment law, EEO, Affir mative Action and related regulations.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment. You will source and hire qualified candidates, obtain approvals for candidates, conduct prescreens and interviews, write employment offers, coordinate reference checks and other pre‑employment tasks as necessary. Critical for success are the abilities to take initiative, be self‑motivated and an independent, accountable, dependable performer.

This is an onsite position, located out of our Lomira, WI office.
