Job summary

Allure Lifestyles Communities is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for corporate and property operations. This role focuses on building candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering a proactive recruitment approach in a fast-growing environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and a track record of managing multiple roles with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (in-house preferred).
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Experience with an ATS/HRIS; Paylocity experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate recruiting activity in the ATS/HRIS (Paylocity).
• Track recruiting activity and identify opportunities to improve the hiring process.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team and take ownership of full-cycle recruiting across our corporate and property operations teams.

This is a hands-on role for a proactive, relationship-driven recruiter who knows how to identify great talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner effectively with hiring managers.

Location & Schedule

Radnor/Philadelphia, PA

Our office is expected to relocate to Philadelphia in the first or second quarter of 2027. The Radnor location will therefore be the primary work location through the transition. This is an on-site position - working in the office five days per week is required.
