Job summary

ALLURE LIFESTYLES COMMUNITIES, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for corporate and property operations. This on-site role requires building strong candidate pipelines, partnering with managers, and delivering a high-impact hiring process across a growing portfolio in the Philadelphia area.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of recruiting experience, excellent communication, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (preferably some in-house).
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and brings energy and creativity to recruiting.
• Experience with an ATS/HRIS; Paylocity experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Maintain accurate recruiting activity in the ATS/HRIS (Paylocity).
• Track recruiting activity and identify opportunities to improve the hiring process.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team and take ownership of full-cycle recruiting across our corporate and property operations teams.

Location & Schedule

Radnor/Philadelphia, PA

Our office is expected to relocate to Philadelphia in the first or second quarter of 2027. The Radnor location will therefore be the primary work location through the transition. This is an on-site position - working in the office five days per week is required.
