Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for full-time, on-site work in Port Huron, MI. You will lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles, leveraging ATS and CRM tools to build pipelines and drive time-to-fill improvements.

This role requires strong sourcing techniques, experience with iCIMS or similar systems, and excellent interpersonal skills to partner with hiring leaders and campus teams while maintaining a positive candidate experience

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions.
• Utilize iCIMS ATS and CRM systems to maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates using advanced search techniques and sourcing tools.
• Screen candidates to verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and alignment.
• Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to support hiring decisions.
• Track key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health, and requisition status.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and campus outreach initiatives to build and maintain a strong new graduate pipeline.
• Support a positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a results-driven professional experienced in full-cycle recruitment within fast-paced healthcare environments. Under the direction of a Talent Acquisition Manager or Lead, they leverage advanced sourcing strategies, ATS and CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed tools, and Boolean search techniques to identify and engage top clinical and non-clinical talent. Partnering closely with hiring leaders, they execute strategic workforce plans to meet immediate staffing needs and long-term organizational goals while maintaining a strong, metrics-driven focus.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED, required.
• Experience developing and negotiating job offers.
• Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems.
• Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
• Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or a related field
• Two years of talent acquisition experience to include sourcing, screening and interviewing, healthcare experience
