Job summary

IPEX is hiring a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (English-Spanish) to conduct full-cycle recruitment across North America, partnering with hiring managers and HR teams. This remote role, based near Pineville, NC, requires occasional on-site events and a proactive approach to candidate experience and employer branding.

You will source, assess, and hire top talent, maintain ATS accuracy, and develop relationships with post-secondary institutions to support growth.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or equivalent.
• HR or Talent Acquisition certification is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across North America, including intake meetings, postings, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
• Source candidates using social media, job boards, and networking; build talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts.
• Maintain ATS accuracy and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Represent IPEX at career fairs, trade schools, and events; promote employer branding.

This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR teams to execute end-to-end recruitment strategies, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with business goals. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent, this position plays a critical role in building organizational capability and supporting business growth.This is a remote position within commuting proximity to Pineville, NC .
