The role: Talent Acquisition Specialist. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team to help us strategically grow and scale our organization across all teams and levels, from early-career hires to senior leaders. You’ll partner with hiring managers company-wide to understand and anticipate hiring needs, design sourcing strategies, and build a robust pipeline of top talent, technical and non-technical, while delivering a stellar candidate experience.
This is a hybrid role, working 1-2 days per week at the NYC office.
Benefits
Base Salary
The base salary range is between $100,000 - $120,000 annually.
Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
