Job summary

Lactalis American Group Inc in Nampa, ID is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the recruiting team onsite. You will source, attract, and recruit prospective employees while partnering with hiring managers and HR leadership to strengthen the full-cycle hiring process and candidate experience.

You will build talent pipelines, coordinate activities from intake through offer, and lead on-campus initiatives, career fairs, and local outreach to connect with universities and talent

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing company preferred.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and cross-functional teams.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an external talent pipeline to support future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR Managers, and the HR Director to facilitate, implement, and evaluate all phases of recruiting.
• Create and manage recruiting strategies, selection criteria, and recruitment processes using internal and external resources.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting from job intake to offer acceptance, including job postings, sourcing, pre-screening, interview scheduling, and preparing offers.
• Lead and/or support candidate experience improvement projects to strengthen recruiting outcomes.
• Manage relationships with universities and colleges and lead on-campus initiatives such as recruitment activities, career fairs, marketing events, and social events.
• Organize and attend local job fairs to attract talent.
• Partner to draft detailed job descriptions and define hiring criteria.
• Source candidates using recruiting tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn, including passive and proactive outreach.
• Support HR Director projects related to international mobility, including relocation coordination and visa processing.
• Support site-wide engagement activities and maintain a strong presence within the plants.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics to inform continuous improvement.

This onsite role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and recruiting prospective employees, while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to strengthen the full-cycle hiring process and improve the candidate experience.

In this position, you will build talent pipelines, coordinate recruiting activities from intake through offer acceptance, and support initiatives that connect the business with universities, colleges, and local talent communities. You will also track recruitment performance and help drive continuous improvement across the recruitment model.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of agency or in-house talent acquisition experience required.
• Talent acquisition experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and working with cross-functional teams is a plus.
• Education: an associate's or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
