ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist at our corporate office in King of Prussia, PA. The role focuses on full life cycle recruiting for corporate, sales and plant positions at Supervisor level and above, with responsibilities spanning interview coordination, stakeholder communication, and program development.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field and experience in a corporate HR setting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred.
• Some experience in a corporate HR environment.
• Demonstrated strong teamwork skills.
• Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full life cycle recruiting for all corporate and sales positions, and plant positions Supervisor and above.
• Coordinate schedules of hiring managers and candidates and schedule interviews, video interviews and phone screens.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Establish and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates, providing excellent customer service.
• Assist Talent Acquisition staff with implementing standardized recruiting practices across postings, collateral and promotions.
• Develop college recruiting plans and attend career fairs and events.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting plans for open positions.
• Assist with candidate sourcing through job boards, social media, networking and other techniques.
• Help manage offer and pre-employment screening including drug tests and background checks.
• Attend and represent the company at job fairs.
• Create and maintain a strong pipeline of passive talent.
• Stay updated on TA trends, tools, and recruiting technology.
• Assist with Talent Acquisition reporting.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, ICIMS a plus.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Due to tremendous growth we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at our corporateoffice in King of Prussia, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with full life cycle recruiting for all corporate and sales positions, and plant positions Supervisor and above
• Coordinate schedules of hiring managers and candidates and schedule interviews, video interviews and phone screens
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
• Establish and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates, providing excellent customer service and pro-active communication
• Assist Talent Acquisition staff with implementing standardized recruiting practices - including but not limited to internal and external postings, creating recruiting collateral materials, and consistently promoting open positions on IFTV, social media, job boards and other outlets as appropriate
• Work with Talent Acquisition Manager to establish and implement a college recruiting plan and attend college career fairs and events
• With guidance, partner with hiring managers to develop individual recruiting plans for assigned open positions
• Assist with candidate sourcing through various recruiting techniques including job boards, social media, networking and other internet research techniques
• Help manage the offer and pre-employment screening process including administration of drug tests, background checks and E-Verify
• Attend and represent the company at professional, military and other job fairs
• Assist with creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive talent
• Responsible for staying abreast of Talent Acquisition industry trends regarding competitive marketplace, keeping up to date on best practices, recruiting trends and tools, sourcing tools and techniques, and recruiting technology
• Assist with all Talent Acquisition reporting
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, ICIMs a plus
• Talent Acquisition projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred
• Some experience in a corporate HR environment
• Demonstrated strong teamwork skills
• Flexible, with the ability and willingness to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Computer proficient - Excel skills a plus
