Job summary

Kokosing Construction is seeking a talented recruiter to support full-cycle hiring across hourly, trades, technical, and salaried roles. The role partners with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, sources passive candidates, and manages postings in Workday and other systems.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting, strong communication, relationship-building skills, and expertise with ATS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple job types and skill levels.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies (Workday preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for diverse positions across the organization, including hourly field roles, skilled trades, technical roles, and salaried positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Proactively source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, networks, referrals, job boards, and outreach.
• Create and maintain job postings in Workday and other platforms; develop sourcing strategies for high-volume and specialized roles.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide detailed candidate evaluations and market insights to hiring teams; coordinate interviews and communications.
• Assist with compensation discussions, market benchmarking, and offer development as needed.
• Continuously evaluate recruiting methods and participate in special projects and new sourcing initiatives.
