Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.

• Two years of talent acquisition experience, healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with ATS/CRM and sourcing methods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions.
• Utilize iCIMS ATS and CRM systems to maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates using advanced search techniques and sourcing tools.
• Screen candidates to verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and alignment.
• Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to support hiring decisions.
• Track key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health, and requisition status.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and campus outreach initiatives to build a strong pipeline.
• Support positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a results-driven professional experienced in full-cycle recruitment within fast-paced healthcare environments. Under the direction of a Talent Acquisition Manager or Lead, they leverage advanced sourcing strategies, ATS and CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed tools, and Boolean search techniques to identify and engage top clinical and non-clinical talent. Partnering closely with hiring leaders, they execute strategic workforce plans to meet immediate staffing needs and long-term organizational goals while maintaining a strong, metrics-driven focus.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED, required.
• Experience developing and negotiating job offers.
• Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems.
• Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
• Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or a related field
• Two years of talent acquisition experience to include sourcing, screening and interviewing, healthcare experience

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $26.00 to $34.99 per hour. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
