DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead front-line talent pipelining and partner with hiring leaders to recruit across all levels.

You will set, track, and follow up on candidates, develop relationships, and explain the interview process, while ensuring alignment with DriveTime policies and practices.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed, and Microsoft Office is expected.

In short, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a pivotal role in finding the people who are crucial to our success. Acting as an individual contributor, you will be on the front line of talent pipelining for the company and work closely with the hiring leaders to develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit roles across all skill levels.

In long, our Talent Acquisition Specialists are responsible for:

• - Set, track, and follow-up on all candidates
• - Focus on efficient, timely follow up of sourced leads to ensure the highest success rate in setting up interviews with solid qualified and interested candidates
• - Determine the type of employment and company experience the candidate is seeking and respond accordingly
• - Develop professional relationships with candidates to identify their goals and ambitions
• - Develop and maintain business relationships with various hiring managers within DriveTime
• - Fully explain the steps of the DriveTime interview process to candidates so that candidates are clear on expectations
• - Maintain positive working relationships with immediate team members and the company's HR and recruiting team
• - Conduct business within DriveTime policies and procedures
• - Create and build positive relationships with hiring managers

The Specifics.

• - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent years of experience.
• - 1+ years of recruiting experience in a professional environment
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• - Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed for candidate outreach and talent pipeline development.
• - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
• - Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

• - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Workday.
