This role partners with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, manage the hiring process, and build talent pipelines. In addition to recruiting, the position supports employee engagement, succession planning, and talent development initiatives that strengthen our culture and help make United Initiators a great place to work.
