Job summary

Perry Weather is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team in Dallas. You will own the full lifecycle of recruiting across multiple departments, partnering with hiring managers to scale our technology and customer base.

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a strong sourcing ability and a passion for candidate experience. This role is based at our Oak Lawn office in Dallas as part of a collaborative, culture-forward team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in recruiting, ideally with experience hiring for technical roles.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting execution, with solid sourcing skills and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of the SaaS industry, with the ability to quickly grasp technical roles and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, for roles across multiple departments, including Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs, leveraging various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific needs, provide guidance on job descriptions, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience from first touch through offer.
• Partner with People Ops and Marketing to promote Perry Weather’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.

About The Role

Perry Weather is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and help scale the recruiting function during a period of rapid growth. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, leadership, and the rest of the recruiting team to identify and hire the people who will define the next stage of the company. This role will have a direct impact on our ability to scale our technology, expand our customer base, and deliver on our mission of helping organizations achieve zero weather-related incidents while keeping operations running smoothly.
